- 3 cups chopped fresh strawberries
- 1 ½ tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch metal baking pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare the crumb topping by mixing flour, sugars, and salt (if needed), then stir in melted butter until large crumbs form.
- For the cake batter, whisk together melted butter, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream.
