  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups diced strawberries (fresh or frozen)


Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add granulated sugar, sour cream, milk, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas; mix until well combined.
