  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g flour


Instructions

  2. Make the Mixture: In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, 5 cl of orange juice, eggs, melted butter, and melted dark chocolate. Gradually mix in flour until smooth.
  3. Bake: Position hollowed oranges upside down on a lined baking sheet and fill them with the chocolate mixture. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 20 minutes.
  4. Serve: Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with mint leaves before serving.
