- 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, adjust to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook linguine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt half of the butter. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant. Mix in lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked linguine to the skillet with sauce; toss to coat evenly, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
- Top with sliced chicken, serve warm, and enjoy!
