Ingredients

  • 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, adjust to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook linguine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt half of the butter. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant. Mix in lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add cooked linguine to the skillet with sauce; toss to coat evenly, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
  5. Top with sliced chicken, serve warm, and enjoy!
