Instructions
- Wash and slice the oranges into rounds about 0.3 inches thick. For less bitterness, blanch them in boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
- In a pot, combine sugar, spices, and water. Add orange slices and cook on low heat for about 1.5 hours.
- Drain the cooked oranges and let them dry on paper towels.
- Arrange the oranges on a baking sheet and bake at 212°F (100°C) for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Allow to cool, then melt your chosen chocolate and dip each orange slice until coated.
