Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts

- Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
