  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1-2 fresh chillies
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 8 large prawns (cleaned)

  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic and sliced chillies for about 2 minutes. Add lemon zest and juice, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Marinate cleaned prawns in half of the marinade for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Ensure coals are white hot before grilling prawns for about 1 minute per side until pink and charred.
  5. Serve immediately with remaining marinade drizzled over and accompanied by lemon wedges and crusty bread.
