- 2 medium zucchini, sliced lengthwise
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup marinara sauce

- Layer zucchini slices at the bottom of the dish and sprinkle with oregano.
- Spread half of the ricotta over the zucchini, followed by half of the marinara sauce.
- Repeat layering with remaining ingredients: zucchini, ricotta, and marinara.
- Top with shredded mozzarella.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
