  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 lemon (juice of)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Aleppo pepper
  • 1 tsp sumac


Instructions

  1. Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper. Place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add minced garlic and chopped parsley to the bowl and mix well.
  3. Stir in tomato paste, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, Aleppo pepper, and sumac until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
