- 1 tsp garlic powder (or 4 cloves minced garlic)
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- ½-1 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- 16 oz gnocchi
- 2 cups heavy cream or half-and-half
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (medium or sharp)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until it is crispy. Remove from heat, chop into bite-sized pieces, and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat butter or oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and sliced carrots; sauté until they are tender.
