  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chopped bittersweet chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat until smooth; let cool slightly.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour and cocoa powder; reserve one tablespoon of flour for tossing with chocolate chips.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs until combined, then add melted chocolate mixture, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil.
  5. Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined; gently mix in one cup of semi-sweet chocolate chip chunks.
