Instructions

Cut the chicken breasts into ½ inch pieces and season with olive oil and poultry seasoning. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
Slice the Italian loaf in half lengthwise. Mix melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes; spread on the bread halves and toast at 350°F for 5–10 minutes.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic before adding heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Simmer until slightly thickened.
