  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet.
  4. Sauté mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion in the same skillet for 5-7 minutes until tender. Stir in crumbled turkey bacon and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Place the seared chicken in a baking dish and top with sautéed vegetables and shredded cheese. Drizzle ranch dressing over everything.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Remove foil for the last few minutes to melt the cheese.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving; garnish with chopped parsley.
