Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the egg, molasses, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, ground ginger, salt, and additional spices. Gradually add this dry mix to the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
