- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberry sauce by cooking strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan until soft. Mash into a puree and thicken with cornstarch slurry. Cool completely.
