- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries or strawberry puree
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2-3 tbsp heavy cream or milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and cream cheese until smooth. Add granulated sugar and beat until fluffy.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in strawberries or puree. Pour batter into prepared Bundt pan.
- Bake for 75-85 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
