Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh avocado
  • Cream cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for potatoes)
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (rosemary, thyme, or Italian mix)
  • 2 tbsp milk or cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C (400F). Toss potato wedges with olive oil, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Spread on a roasting pan and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for about 3-5 minutes per side. Let it rest before slicing.
  3. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour into a skillet over medium-low heat, gently stirring until cooked. Add cheddar cheese and mix until melted.
  4. Serve by plating sliced steak with cheesy scrambled eggs and roasted potatoes. Top with sliced avocado and cream cheese.
