Ingredients
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups vegan marshmallow crème
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups chopped salted peanuts
- 14 oz caramel cubes
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- For the chocolate layer, melt together milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter in a non-stick saucepan until smooth. Spread evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking pan and chill to set.
- Next, prepare the peanut butter layer by melting butter in the saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar and evaporated milk; bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes while stirring continuously. Remove from heat and stir in vegan marshmallow crème, peanut butter, vanilla, and chopped peanuts until smooth. Pour over the chocolate layer and chill.
- For the caramel layer, melt caramel cubes with heavy cream in the saucepan over low heat until smooth. Pour over the peanut butter layer and chill again.
- Finally, repeat the first chocolate layer by spreading it over the chilled caramel layer and chilling until firm.
