Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups vegan marshmallow crème
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped salted peanuts
  • 14 oz caramel cubes
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. For the chocolate layer, melt together milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter in a non-stick saucepan until smooth. Spread evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking pan and chill to set.
  2. Next, prepare the peanut butter layer by melting butter in the saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar and evaporated milk; bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes while stirring continuously. Remove from heat and stir in vegan marshmallow crème, peanut butter, vanilla, and chopped peanuts until smooth. Pour over the chocolate layer and chill.
  3. For the caramel layer, melt caramel cubes with heavy cream in the saucepan over low heat until smooth. Pour over the peanut butter layer and chill again.
  4. Finally, repeat the first chocolate layer by spreading it over the chilled caramel layer and chilling until firm.
  5. Once set, slice into squares and enjoy!
