- cup green beans

- Salt & pepper, to taste
- black sesame seeds or nutritional yeast (optional)

- In a frying pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add beef strips and sliced green bell pepper. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until browned and tender.
- Boil peeled potatoes in a pot until tender. Drain and mash with butter and milk; season to taste.
