- 6 large eggs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups frozen hashbrowns

- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey sausage until browned and crumbly (about 7-10 minutes). Drain excess grease.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Add softened cream cheese and mix until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked sausage and frozen hashbrowns until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
