  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel
  • 1 can (16 ounces) pinto beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained
  • 1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can corn kernels, drained
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Seasonings: taco seasoning and ranch seasoning


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add diced onions and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened. Stir in minced garlic, salt, and pepper; cook for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Mix in taco seasoning and ranch seasoning, then pour in beef broth along with Rotel, pinto beans, black beans, kidney beans, and corn kernels. Stir well.
  4. Cover the pot and reduce heat to medium-low. Let simmer for about 30 minutes to meld flavors together.
