- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- Salt and ground black pepper, as needed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and pour the marinade over them. Toss to coat evenly.
