Instructions

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet; sauté chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and butter; sauté mushrooms and onion for 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Stir in dijon mustard and chicken broth; simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat; mix in sour cream until combined. Return the chicken to the skillet; simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
