  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk (for pudding)
  • ½ cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for raspberry layer)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)


Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into an 8×8-inch Pyrex dish and freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare chocolate pudding with milk until thickened. Fold in Cool Whip, spread over crust, and freeze again for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese with sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth. Fold in raspberries and Cool Whip gently before spreading over the chocolate layer.
