  • 5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch ground cloves
  • 2 large eggs


Instructions

  1. Prepare the streusel by mixing 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 6 tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp kosher salt in a bowl. Stir in melted butter until crumbly. Chill while preparing the bread batter.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×5 loaf pan.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Add baking powder, baking soda, kosher salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves to the wet mixture; stir to combine.
  5. Gently fold in the remaining 2 cups all-purpose flour until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle chilled streusel evenly on top.
