- 1 cup light brown sugar

- 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- Pinch ground cloves
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Prepare the streusel by mixing 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 6 tbsp brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp kosher salt in a bowl. Stir in melted butter until crumbly. Chill while preparing the bread batter.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×5 loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, and eggs until smooth.
- Add baking powder, baking soda, kosher salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves to the wet mixture; stir to combine.
- Gently fold in the remaining 2 cups all-purpose flour until just combined.
