- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup light corn syrup
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1½ cups chopped pecans
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish and chill for 10–15 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Fold in whipped topping and spread evenly over the crust.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter until bubbling. Remove from heat and whisk in beaten eggs slowly to avoid scrambling. Stir in pecans and salt.
- Pour the cooled pecan filling over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
