- Homemade pizza dough
- Unsalted butter
- Minced garlic

- Grated parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a large baking sheet with olive oil.
- Prepare the pizza dough by combining flour, water, yeast, olive oil, and salt in a mixing bowl. Knead until smooth and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
- Punch down the risen dough and cut it into 1-inch pieces.
- Arrange the dough pieces on the prepared baking sheet with 1 inch of space between each piece. Cover loosely with a kitchen towel and let rise again for 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix room temperature unsalted butter with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and parsley until creamy.
- Brush the risen dough bites generously with the garlic butter before baking.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown on top. Once out of the oven, brush again with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle generously with grated parmesan cheese.
