- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 3 TBSP White Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter (melted and cooled)
- 1 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup White Granulated Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Oreo pieces
- 1/2 cup Oreo crumbs
Instructions
- Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, 3 TBSP sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream melted butter with brown sugar and remaining white sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition before stirring in 1 tsp vanilla.
