  • 3 TBSP White Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter (melted and cooled)
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 cup White Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Oreo pieces
  • 1/2 cup Oreo crumbs


Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, 3 TBSP sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream melted butter with brown sugar and remaining white sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition before stirring in 1 tsp vanilla.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in Oreo pieces gently.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop dough onto baking sheets, flatten slightly, place cheesecake filling on half of the scoops, then cover with remaining dough.
  6. Bake for 14 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Allow cooling before serving.
