Ingredients
- 2 cups cake flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs, room temp
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup buttermilk
- For the White Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For the Orange Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, ½ tbsp fresh orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together cake flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in orange zest, orange juice, vanilla extract, and alternate adding dry ingredients with buttermilk to the mixture.
- Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for 55-65 minutes until cooked through.
- Cool before glazing with white and orange glazes.
