  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 500g baby potatoes, halved
  • 300g fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C (400F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Arrange on one side of a baking dish.
  3. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper; place in the center of the baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Toss green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper; add to the baking dish.
  6. Bake for an additional 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are crispy.
  7. Serve warm.
