Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 500g baby potatoes, halved
- 300g fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C (400F).
- In a mixing bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Arrange on one side of a baking dish.
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper; place in the center of the baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Toss green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper; add to the baking dish.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are crispy.
- Serve warm.
