- 150 g Feta Cheese (block in brine)
- 100 g Cream Cheese (room temperature)
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 Roasted Red Pepper (chopped)
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Rinse the olives under cold water and drain well. Chop the roasted red pepper.
- In a food processor, combine the olives, feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, and minced garlic. Pulse until slightly chunky.
- Add lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped red pepper, oregano, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
