  • 3 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter, stirring until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract and powdered sugar; let cool slightly.
  3. In a 9×13-inch baking dish, layer graham crackers, half the pudding mixture, more graham crackers, the remaining pudding mixture, and top with another layer of graham crackers.
