Instructions
- Marinate the steak by combining olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl. Add the flank steak and let it sit for 15–30 minutes.
- Cook quinoa or couscous according to package instructions; set aside.
- Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated flank steak for 6–8 minutes on each side until desired doneness is achieved.
- Allow the steak to rest for about 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
