  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 small tomato (diced)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying)


Instructions

  2. Lay one tortilla flat and place a quarter of the filling mixture on one half. Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling.
