  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill


Instructions

  1. Heat half the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the garlic, carrot sticks, and zucchini for about 6-8 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
  2. Season the white fish fillet with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium-high heat. Sear the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Add lemon juice during the last 30 seconds of cooking.
  3. Plate the fish alongside sautéed vegetables and garnish with fresh herbs.
