Instructions

- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- For the filling, mix finely chopped nuts with brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- On a floured surface, roll chilled dough into thin rectangles. Spread the nut mixture evenly over each rectangle.
- Roll each rectangle tightly into logs and slice into cookies about ½ inch thick.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake on a parchment-lined sheet for about 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
