  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
  • 8 ounces deli meat (chicken slices or turkey slices)
  • 6 ounces mozzarella cheese (shredded)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until combined.
  3. Unroll the pizza dough on the baking sheet; brush half of the butter mixture over it.
  4. Layer deli meats and shredded mozzarella cheese on the dough, leaving a one-inch border.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one long side; pinch seams to seal and tuck in ends.
  6. Brush remaining butter mixture over the top of the stromboli.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown; let cool for five minutes before slicing.
