Instructions

- Add flour, olive oil, and salt. Knead on low speed for about five minutes until the dough is smooth.
- Drizzle olive oil over the dough in a bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for an hour.
- Divide the dough into 12 pieces and shape each into a rope, then twist into a pretzel shape.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Boil water with baking soda; dip pretzels for 15-30 seconds.
- Place on parchment-lined baking sheets, brush with egg wash, sprinkle toppings, and bake for 10-11 minutes until golden.
