Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed green tea (cooled)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 3 tablespoons unflavored vegan gelatin or agar-agar
- 1/4 cup hot water
Instructions
- Brew your favorite green tea and allow it to cool completely.
- Prepare silicone gummy molds by placing them on a flat surface.
- In a small saucepan, combine cooled green tea, fresh lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, and grated ginger. Stir over low heat until well mixed.
- Sprinkle in the vegan gelatin (or agar-agar) while stirring continuously until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat, mix in hot water if needed to thin out the mixture, then carefully pour into molds.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until fully set.
- Gently remove gummies from molds and enjoy!
