  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 3 tablespoons unflavored vegan gelatin or agar-agar
  • 1/4 cup hot water


Instructions

  1. Brew your favorite green tea and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Prepare silicone gummy molds by placing them on a flat surface.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine cooled green tea, fresh lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, and grated ginger. Stir over low heat until well mixed.
  4. Sprinkle in the vegan gelatin (or agar-agar) while stirring continuously until fully dissolved.
  5. Remove from heat, mix in hot water if needed to thin out the mixture, then carefully pour into molds.
  6. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until fully set.
  7. Gently remove gummies from molds and enjoy!
