- 2 big garlic cloves, cut into slivers
- ¾ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice baguette into ½-inch thick pieces and arrange on the baking sheet.
- Mix 3 tablespoons olive oil and garlic powder; brush onto both sides of baguette slices.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Mash avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Sauté sliced garlic in remaining olive oil, then add shrimp and seasonings; cook until pink and opaque (3-5 minutes).
