Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet (150-180g)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, smashed
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried herbs (thyme, dill, or Italian blend)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 medium potato, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 tsp olive oil or butter
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Salt and red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: squeeze of lemon or a touch of garlic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub salmon fillet with olive oil and season with smashed garlic, paprika, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Place on a baking sheet.
- Boil diced potato for 5-6 minutes until tender; drain. Heat oil in a skillet and fry potatoes until golden brown.
- Sauté baby carrots in another skillet with oil; add honey or maple syrup and cook until glossy.
- Steam or sauté broccoli florets until bright green and tender-crisp.
- Serve everything arranged beautifully on a plate.
