  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 1 pound green beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons olive oil, 4 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them sit for about 10 minutes.
  4. Toss halved baby potatoes in another bowl with 2 tablespoons olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  5. Arrange the marinated chicken on one side of a baking sheet and the seasoned potatoes on the other side.

  7. Add trimmed green beans drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper to the baking sheet; return to the oven for an additional 20 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
