- ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro or parsley leaves (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by whisking together hot chili sauce, honey, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Create a cornstarch slurry by mixing cornstarch with water in another bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add sliced chicken seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Cook until browned.
