  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini turkey turkey pepperoni slices


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (or air fryer to 350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  3. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly.
  4. Place some mozzarella cheese and a few turkey pepperoni slices in the center of each dough round.
  5. Pinch the edges together to seal and roll into balls.
  6. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush with seasoned butter, and bake for 12-15 minutes or air fry for about 8 minutes until golden brown.
