- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini turkey turkey pepperoni slices
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (or air fryer to 350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly.
- Place some mozzarella cheese and a few turkey pepperoni slices in the center of each dough round.
- Pinch the edges together to seal and roll into balls.
