- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed (for caramel)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for caramel)
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes (for caramel)
- 1 cup toasted almond slivers
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press the mixture into an 8×8-inch pan and chill for 10 minutes.
- Make the ganache by melting dark chocolate with heavy cream and butter over simmering water until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Create caramel sauce by melting sugar until amber, then whisk in cubed butter and heavy cream; add sea salt and let thicken for a few minutes.
- Toast almond slivers in a skillet and mix with crushed pretzels and toffee bits.
- Assemble by pouring ganache over the chilled crust, then drizzle warm caramel on top followed by the crunch mixture. Chill for at least an hour.
