- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime zest, lime juice, dill, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil; add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
- Prepare an ice bath while shrimp cooks. Transfer shrimp to ice water immediately after cooking for about 3 minutes.
- Drain shrimp in a colander and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped shrimp with diced cucumber, sliced green onions, and the prepared dressing until well coated.
