  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 6 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)


Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente (9-11 minutes). Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Sear seasoned chicken strips for about 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for one minute. Stir in heavy cream and milk; bring to a simmer.
  4. Add Velveeta cheese and stir until melted. Incorporate mozzarella and Parmesan until smooth; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss cooked linguine in the sauce and combine well before plating with seared chicken on top.
