- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 6 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water, then drain.
