  • 8 oz uncooked penne or rotini pasta
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  4. Add uncooked pasta; cover and cook for about 10-12 minutes until al dente, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted.
