Ingredients

  • 200 g fettuccine or tagliatelle
  • 250 g chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 60 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer gently, then stir in Parmesan cheese until thickened.
  4. Combine steamed broccoli and cooked pasta with the sauce; toss to coat evenly.
  5. Serve topped with sliced chicken and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
